Kate Weaver

Founder - Chairman

Established entrepreneur, Kate Weaver founded and serves as chairman of Carradine Valet, a valet doorstep recycling and waste collection amenity for apartment and condominium communities. Kate named the company in memory of her great-grandmother Mary Carradine.

Prior to founding Carradine, she served as a Brand Ambassador and National Accounts Representative for the emerging growth company, ROKiT Drinks, managing Bandero Tequila, ABK Beers, and Bogart's Spirits lines.  Her accounts, and marketing responsibilities included, but were not limited to, Landry's, one of the largest resturant, bar, hotel, casino, and NBA companies in the world.

Her educational experiences include Business and Finance studies at Jesus College in The University of Cambridge, Business, Finance, and Hospitality at The University of Mississippi, and she is a licensed insurance agent.  When faced with career decisions, Kate has always chosen the entrepreneurial path. When the Covid19 Pandemic closed all of the beverage industry clients in the restaurant, bar, hotel, casino, and pro sports industries, Kate sought out an essential industry service sector that she could pursue, which would be more stable throughout varying market conditions.  This research led her to founding the doorstep recycling and waste collection service company, and she is committed to building Carradine Valet into a premier valet full-service amenities provider.
